Terms & Conditions
1: All first orders are on a proforma basis and will not be made until payment is received. All subsequent orders, new customers not added by an agent may remain on a proforma basis as all stock is made to order.
2: Payment is due within 30 days Late payment will result in future orders being on a proforma basis

Due to the very small number of accounts using the phone payment method or cheques we have discontinued these as payment options.
4: Minimum order value of £100. Carriage free for orders within UK over £250 to 1 delivery address . Islands minimum order value may vary, please contact us to discuss.
5: Minimum of 6 units for bespoke items, bespoke lines are not exclusive to a stockist. it is the stockists responsibility to ensure all spelling grammar etc is correct, we will make what is ordered.
6: Delivery & packing is £6 per delivery address in the UK. N. Ireland, Channel Islands and some areas of Scotland and Highlands are subject to a surcharge. Islands will be surcharged at £20 per delivery. we include free signs to cover the cost of delivery if it is under carriage paid or surcharged.
7: Due to the hand made nature of the products, the designs are all subject to minor variations
8: Damaged or missing goods should be notified in writing within 5 days of receipt for a claim to be considered
9: Receipt of an order confirmation by the buyer is considered to be a binding contract
10: All free of charge display items remain the property of DTH Designs Ltd and must be returned if no longer needed so we can recycle to a new home.
