1: All first orders are on a proforma basis and will not be made until payment is received. All subsequent orders,
payment is due within 30 days.

Due to the very small number of accounts using the phone payment method or cheques we have discontinued these as payment options.

4: Minimum order value of £100. Carriage free for orders within UK over £250 to 1 delivery address

5: Minimum of 6 units for bespoke items

6: Delivery & packing is £6 per delivery address in the UK. N. Ireland, Channel Islands and some areas of Scotland and Highlands are subject to a surcharge. Islands will be surcharged at £20 per delivery. we include free signs to cover the cost of delivery if it is under carriage paid or surcharged.

7: Due to the hand made nature of the products, the designs are all subject to minor variations

8: Damaged or missing goods should be notified in writing within 5 days of receipt for a claim to be considered

9: Receipt of an order confirmation by the buyer is considered to be a binding contract

10: All free of charge display items remain the property of DTH Designs Ltd and must be returned if no longer needed so we can recycle to a new home.
